The Marvels Poster Reveals Monica Rambeau's Epic Costume

Brie Larson will return to star in The Marvels, which is a sequel to the Captain Marvel film released in 2019. Apart from starring Brie Larson, this film also features several names such as Samuel. L Jackson, Park Seo Joon, and Iman Vellani. Especially for Par Seo Joon, he is rumored to be playing Carol Danvers' husband. However, this news has not been confirmed directly by the MCU.

Recently, Marvel Studios shared a poster for The Marvels movie which shows what the characters in the film look like. Of course, the most interesting thing in this poster for The Marvels is the appearance of Monica Rambeau as a new hero. Her costume is black and white, much like when Monica Rambeau became Photon in the comics.

Actually, in the comics, Rambeau used to be two different superheroes, namely Photon and Spectrum. But it is not known exactly which iteration will be displayed later. But some time ago, comics writer Monica Rambeau indicated that the MCU's Monica Rambeau would become a Photon.

Or it could be that Marvel Studios is implementing something different where Monica Rambeau in the MCU is a mix of Photon and Spectrum, judging from her costume design. What is clear, Monica Rambeau will have an important role in this film. In the WandaVision credits scene, Nick Fury assigns Rambeau in outer space.

It's not clear what Monica Rambeau will do next, but the level of threat she faces seems much bigger. Rambeau also took on another task, namely guiding Ms. Marvel to become the new hero. In the later film, Ms. Marvel, Captain Marvel, and Monica Rambeau will bond with each other. And together, they must work together to save the universe as The Marvels.

This film is also a continuation of the ending series Ms. Marvel, where at that time Kamala Khan alias Ms. Marvel and Captain Marvel swap places. What really happened? And why are their powers tied together? Of course, all these questions will be answered when the film is released later.
